Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scale Bharat provides digital services including (but not limited to) performance marketing, consulting, strategy, audits, creatives, and retainers. Due to the nature of these services:

• All payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
• No refunds will be issued for services already delivered, partially delivered, or in progress.
• Strategy calls, audits, consultations, onboarding fees, and custom work are non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked or initiated.

Cancellations

• Clients may request cancellation of ongoing retainers by providing written notice at least 15 days in advance of the next billing cycle.
• Any work completed up to the cancellation date will remain payable.
• Scale Bharat reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates terms, misuses resources, or engages in unethical or illegal activities.
